Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

My rights

After filing a claim with the Human Rights Department and the EEOC should I retain an Attorney. Was Sexually Harrassed and assulted from my general manager after filing a complaint.

Whether or not to retain an attorney is only your choice. An attorney can offer you advice and can help prepare documents that you may not be familiar with.
