Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

I was touched inappropriately at work approximately 2 1/2 months ago. I immediately reported it to my Sargeant, and it was taken to our EEO officer. I have not heard of any punishment for him, but I do know that several other women have come forward since me about this male officer. The last 2 1/2 months of my job have been hell on me. I am being retaliated ahgainst and when I tell my Sgts. Nothing gets done. I am currently 5 months pregant and have been put on special medication to keep down food because of stress and have been put on antideppressant meds. I would like to seek the help of an attorney, but I am not sure what kind to go. I have documented every instance of retaliation. I don't have a lot of money, but I know what they are doing to me is wrong. What can I do and what kind of Attorney do I need?
