Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

My boss seems to always grab my shoulders smack my ass ask me questions about my sex life and tells me he's just a touchy feely person what should I do he is the owner of the company just let it go so I don't lose my job or get a lawyer he makes fun of me because I have no money ect.
