Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

slander

since oct. i was having a relationship with my married boss. i was falling in love with him and then he ended it. now he is telling everyone we never had a relationship and i am sexually harrassing him, now it has moved into a work investagation, is there anything that i can do. can you make someone take a lie detector test in a civil suit.

You need to file with the IDHR, call my office I concentrate in sexual harassment cases.

You can't make him take a lie detector but you can file a charge with the state and federal agencies responsible for sexual harassment--contact an attorney as there are strict time periods involved. I file many such suits.
