Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

My boss asked me to have relations with him he is always trying to touch and kiss me just recently he told if I don't have sex with him that all the benifits that I have will no longer take place and for me to find other job!I want to know what is it that I will need to start a case?

A lawyer. You are describing a serious case of sexual harassment. Any physical evidence that you have (emails, letters, voicemail) will help, but this sounds like a terrible situation for you to be in.
