Legal Question in Social Security Law in Illinois
yes my friend is staying with me living here and she applied for ssi in indiana my question is for her to get approved does she have to live there in indaina or can she be here in illinois to get it does she have to start all over on fifling what do you recommend

SSI is federal. She should go to the SS office where she now lives to get this handled.
