Does Daughter have to give boyfriends ex her income tax
My daughter has lived with a man for about 5 years and they have a 3 year old daughter together. His 'ex' (they were never married but have 2 children together)says she is entitled to take my daughters income taxes because her boyfriend owes back child support. They do live together but I can't see how my daughter can have her income taxes taken for someone else's children. I would really appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you in advance.

Since she is not married to him, her boyfriend's ex is NOT entitled to see her income tax return for any reason.
