Ihave not filed a Federal Income tax form for 8yrs, what should I do? I am going to be disabled soon and want tp correct this. Thank

Make an appointment with your local IRS representative and explain your reasons for not filing. You may or may not owe anything. If you do, you may expect interest and penalties to be added. However, if your reasons for not filing are compelling enough, the penalties may be waived.
