My husband is a retired disabled veteran and receives va benefits and ssa benefits I receive $29 thousand a year from my tribal Indian fund. If I claim my husband on my taxes as disabled this year will it affect what he receives monthly from va and ssa.

What your husband receives in benefits is based on his disability, not his income. If you file jointly (theoretically different from "claim[ing] my husband on my taxes" your husband's Social Security benefit may be taxable and there may be an income tax to pay, but there will not be a direct reduction of his benefit.

You should prepare a draft tax return filing jointly and draft returns filing separately to determine what the difference would be. A qualified tax return preparer can help you.
