my mom is scheduled to lose her home on may 21, 2010. I just found out about it a little over 3 months ago and this is in the state of il. i don,t have $7,000 dollars. Could you please give me some advice on what can we do to prevent this or at the very least give her time to find another.

we could file a bankruptcy o her behalf. It would be 6 months at least before eviction.
