I am participating in a wholesale gift show this coming weekend. I will be offering my products to the retail public for resale. Do I need to charge sales tax (or any other kind of tax)?

Yes, and income tax, and all other related taxes. If your buyers are tax exempt, you should get a copy of their exemption certificate.
