Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I have 2 cars , the one I do not drive very often the registration expired on 3/31/2010. I did not realize that it had, I was stoped for no reason other than that an issued a ticket. If I go and have my sticker renewed and take it to court would there be a chance the judge would drop it?

I would advise you renew the sticker regardless of the outcome of your court case.
