Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
In may of 2009, I was cited with wreckless driving. I had to appear in court, they gave me 3 months court supervision. Since then, I recieved another moving violation ( failure to stopped completely at a stop sign). How bad is this and what can I do ?

Depends on what county, or counties, in a practical sense. The chances of things going bad increase if you receive a conviction on the latest charge. Then the state could (would?) file a Petition to Revoke....this could hurt! Speak to a lawyer as soon as possible.
