Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
i got 30 days of swap but i work 6 days a week, i work for sate farm and i realy dont wanna loose this job. can i pay a fine instead?

You could try to file a motion to reconsider sentence, to get the case before the judge. Issues that will need to be addressed is whether it was a negotiated plea, the time between the sentencing and the motion, etc.
