Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I was going 16mph over the speed limit, and I was wondering if I could plea guilty and receive court supervision at my appointed court date ? I have never had a ticket and my record is clean.

It depends upon which Court you are in. Some allow you to get supervision on your own. Some are more likely to do so if you have an attorney. Some will not do so at all. Consult with an attorney.
