Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Hello,
I have gotten 3 speeding tickets this past hearths first one I did my court supervision and paid the fine this second one I'm in the process of doing court supervision but before I went to court for the second one I had gotten the third one, now I apparently had court today but never got a notice in the mail and so it's days judgement of conviction exparte and failure to pay. What do I do now? Is my license going to be suspended?

In some jurisdictions we file a Motion to Set Aside the Judgment entered against you. If the State's Attorney can be persuaded not to fight our Motion, and if we can get the Judge to go along with us and grant our Motion, then we can get a second chance to avoid the conviction. Of course there is no guarantee of success, but it might be worth a shot. Feel free to give me a call.
