Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

Im 19. I was stopped for driving with a suspended license. I was ordered by the court to pay a $450 fine and take a 4 hour driving class. Shortly after being stopped I was fired from my job because they found out about the ticket and I was a driver for them. I have had no income. I was stopped in late June. I lost my job in september 9th...I had to take the class and pay the fine by december 1st. I thougt if I paid it all off in september and november I would be fine but I lost my job. I have tried to come up with th emoney and I finally got the $35 dollars for the class but when I went to sign up they said all classes before Decmeeber 1st were full. I asked what I should do and she told me to go to my review court date and ask the judge if I can take the class now that I have the money. Will he let me do this? and will he give me an extension to pay the fine. I would have paid everythign if I had ajob but I have 0 income and no way of doing it yet.

You MUST go to your review court date.

If you are honest with the Judge and can give them a timetable for when you will complete your obligations you should generally be fine.
