Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
3 strikes I'm out?
I received two speeding tickets in the past 12 months for which I consulted a legal advisor and for which I am currently on supervision. However, yesterday I received another citation. What are the chances that I will lose my license? If I do, will the fact that my spedometer may be faulty factor in as a benefit to my case?

As they say, this is a tough nut. If you don't get a "not guilty" on the 3d citation, it is likely that the State would file a Petition to Revoke your sentence of court supervision on the first two, resulting in a suspension or revocation of driving privileges. You need a lawyer!
