16 year old borrows her Dads truck was in minor accident found out there was no insurance on truck, She got the ticket as a minor we thought he should get the ticket,

Insufficient information but enough to say that dad and daughter could wind up being sued for personal injury and property damages and if the ticket was for a moving violation then a conviction may hurt in a later lawsuit -- so get an attorney.
