Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I am the age of 16 with a clean driving record. Got pulled over for making a wide turn in a pickup truck even though no one was around. It was a marked car but was off and had its headlights off and was in a shadowy place at night. Can he pull me over? Also if i had more than 1 person in my car (I live in IL) and I am just driving them down 1 or 2 blocks to drop them off because they were outside in the cold without a ride. Do I have any chance fighting the ticket in court?

From your question it does not appear that the cop did anything wrong. You probably should not "fight" the ticket, but you should hire an attorney to make sure that you avoid the conviction.
