Aiding and Abedding?

Thank you for taking the time to look at this question. I really appreciate it. To get to the point my youngest brother recently missed his court date on November 9th. He was supposed to appear for going 110 in a 55 and driving with a revoked license. He pleaded not guilty to a DUI in October and won his case and now has a second DUI case coming up soon. My parents have known for a few days that he missed his court date and that there is a warrant for his arrest. My question is, is there any chance my parents can get in trouble since he refuses to turn himself? Could they be charged with aiding and abedding a fugitive since they know? He has a serious alcohol problem and refuses to admit it. We just want to help him, but I don't think my parents should have to go down with him. Thank you for your expert opinion. I really am grateful.

I don't think that your parents have to worry...that said, shouldn't someone call the police to let them know where he is? If he is as bad as you say he is, perhaps he should be in rehab? Get the assistance of a lawyer now. Good Luck on this tough case!
