Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
arrested for wreckless driving. taken to jail, was asked questions. never had miranda rights read to me...should they have been?

This is somewhat of a grey area in traffic law. The better question is what you said to the police, and whether the prosecution will use it. You need a lawyer.
