Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
auto accident
I had a traffic accident where the other person was the striking vehicle. However, her insurance company said that we had conflicting statements so they were willing to accept half of the cost to fix my car. Can I sue the other driver for the rest of the money since it was her fault?
Thank You

Re: auto accident
Actually, the real question is: If you accepted $ from the other person's insurance company, did you sign a release? If so, the answer to your question is NO.
