Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
how far back can the d.a . go back on a d.a.r. . i had one in 98 just after my rev went into effect. i was also wondering, what justable cause did they have to pull my vehicle over just sitting at a redlight. (she ran my tag).

Well, you didn't say what the status of the charge was. Which I assume was DWLR not "d.a.r". If your DL is revoked, it is revoked. If you didn't show in court, and a warrant issued, then it can go back to the date of the infraction. Welcome to the computer age. They use the computer to catch up with guys like you. Sorry.
