Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Please help, Bad driving record!!!
My husband's license was suspended a little over 2 yrs. ago. His license is now valid and he actually obtained a class A-CDL, he has had a few great job offers but because of ins. purposes nobody will hire him, because his motor vehicle report comes back unacceptable. The suspension was for unpaid tickets which were taken care of a while ago. Is there anything we can do? Please Help!

Re: Please help, Bad driving record!!!
Your question is actually more complicated that you might realize. Payment of the tickets really doesn't mean anything; what counts is what happened in conjunction with the payment of the fine. I.e., whether court supervision was granted or whether a guilty plea was entered. Good Luck! You may wish to consult with an attorney about this one.
