Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I tried to board the train ( in Chicago)without a ticket and was charged with theft of services. Now I have to appear in court. This is my first offence, what will happen in Court? I am also an international student so I do not want this incident to show up on my record...in this regard should I plead guilty or not guilty in court?
