Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

Boone Co. the pencil written laws..............
2 days after a suspended lic. a cop noticed my car parked at a job site in a closed comu. privet prop. sat and waited till i went to lunch then pulled me over, in this closed comu. the cops are allowed to patrol but can only arst. if called in i got a p.d on the case she said i had to take what they offered 45 days co. time, i told the judge i didn't think she rep. me correctly got another lawyer and now there offering 90 days and wont budge. can i get this case moved to a nother co. should i plead my case and leave it in the judges hands a got in trouble alot when i was younger and my lic. record isnt the best but i straightened a lot of wrong in my live till and now after the dui ( why the license got susp. ) this is my second dui. and i never even did more then 7 days on eather case and now 90 days thay say its my record thats why thay wont 90 days but i beleave it's more personal please help what can i do legally to lessen my time or even the charge ...........
