Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
My boyfriend was sentenced to 180 days in the WILL County, IL jail. He seems to think he will only actually serve 90 days. He calls in day for day. Is this correct?

In most instances inmates in a county jail do about 2/3 rds of their time. IF the inmate is on "good" behavior.
In many instances across the state/nation county jails are becoming overcrowded and inmates who are non violent, non repeat offenders are often processed out earlier due to the overcrowding.
This MAY be the case in your boyfriends case.
