car accident
Someone hit my car while it was parked the person that hit my car had insurance but the insurance is not paying for my car beacuse they say that someone else hit the other car which made that car run into mine but the person who hit them does not have insurance what can I do.

You should contact your insurance company. If you were not at fault, there is no reason for you to fear reporting the accident and letting your insurance company reinburse your damages and sue whoever they want.
Now, if you were also uninsured, or if your insurance company does not want to get involved, you can sue the insured motorist. Just because he knocked another car into your car does not reduce his liability. Even if the other driver was also negligent, you could sue the owners of both cars. As I said, all of this could be done by your insurance company at no cost to you.
