Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
car titles
I have a 19 and 21 year old daughters.I bought them both cars.
Can I be sued if they get into an
accident with personal injurys.The titles are in my name
and they are on my insurance.They are the primary drivers of the cars.Should I put the titles in there names.

No you cannot be sued if you were not driving. But you could be held liable for things like parking tickets. I would be more worried about your insurance going up more than anything else.
