Car totaled from DUI driver
My car was parked in front of my home and was totaled by a DUI driver. The car was insured and has contacted me about looking at the car. What are my rights for all the inconviences incurred.

If you haven't reported this incident to your own auto insurer, do so NOW. Your own insurance company will coordinate with the company of the other driver.
