Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Cell Phone Ticket While On Deferral Program
Hello I recently received a speeding ticket and applied for the deferral program, for which I cannot receive another ticket for 6 months. Shortly later I received a ticket for talking on my cell phone while driving in what they are claiming as ''Chicago,'' although it is only a suburb of the city. Will this ticket ruin my deferral program? If I go to traffic school, can I prevent this ticket from being noticed by my other ticket? Please help me!!

No, you need to go to court with a lawyer and get the charge dismissed.
