Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Chicago wards
Am i really legally bound by the laws of the individual laws or the Chicago wards? I recieved a parking violation for having my pickup truck parked on a street in a ward that apparently doesn't allow it. Are these wards really governing bodies that can impose their own laws?
