Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I was cited for "improper lane usage" by making a right turn onto a narrow street with no lines and no oncoming traffic. The turn is VERY sharp and difficult to make in a larger vehicle such as a truck,It was after i had come to a complete stop and was approx. going 5mph to navigate the turn. What is my best defense?
