Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

companys now are going to these new drive cameras in their employees vehicles, but is it legal for the employer to have a drive cam that picks up individuals voices when having conversations when driving down the road while on their phones etc..

As long as the employee is aware of the recording, I see no problem with this.
