Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
court supervision
I have never been in trouble before. I recently got in trouble in two different counties now since i have never been in trouble before both counties have placed me on court supervision. I wanted to know if that was aloud? Also since the court dates are different will i get a letter to have it revoked since one is being processed after the other one?

Re: court supervision
It is allowed. However, you can only get 2 supervisions in one year. I think you have nothing to worry about.
