Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I have court today to pay $110 that i don't have for a traffic ticket. The last time i went to court for this same ticket, i was told that i would not get an extension. As of now, im planning on not attending court and paying for the ticket when i get the money this weekend. Is that a smart idea? And what are my options? I am unemployed, and not in school.

Just got your email today. I assume that you did not go to court, and now you have a warrant outstanding. Not a smart move. Now you definitely need a lawyer in my opinion. Being unemployed is not an excuse. Good Luck!
