Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

i got 3 traffic tickets yesterday,speedin 20 + on a 40.not wearing safety glass, and not using signal when changed lanes... i had a speeding ticket 5 months ago and had a court supervision for 3 months...will i be able to get court supervision again on these three tickets or its an automatic suspension? thank u

I think that the sentence will be dependent on you having legal counsel to represent you. You should call a lawyer. Sooner than later.

Whether you qualify for court supervision or not will depend on other details. You should protect yourself by hiring representation. Generally speaking, one's license is suspended after receiving 3 moving violations within a 12 month period, however, this all depends on what the person has been charged with and what kind of traffic background the person has.
