Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
My daughter has a car which is in my name She or I ever got notifications of toll violations.Every time i call them i get the run around and very rude people.I finally talked to someone and they said i owed 600.00 then i had filed bankruptcy and i talked to a supervisor that told me it was pending and not to make a payment yet but then he told me it was 2000.00 i dont understand this what can i do?
