Driving on an expired license
I was pulled over for speeding, my license is expired, what could the penalty be in illinois when I go to court

If you take convictions on these charges, you may receive a notice of suspension of your driver's license, and you will probably receive an increased premium on your car insurance. I would strongly suggest that you hire an attorney to represent you. If you can get your license renewed, your attorney should be able to help you avoid taking these convictions. Good luck.
