Driving Without A licence
I got pulled over twice in a month for driving with no valid drivers licence, now I have two different court dates. What can be my penalties?

Re: Driving Without A licence
Depending on various factors such as your record, where you are charged, whether you now have a valid license, the posture of the state's attorney, the disposition of the judge, and others, you could: 1) be facing jail time; 2)be facing steep fines; 3) be facing losing your right to drive for increasing periods of suspension or revocation; 4) be facing not being able to get insurance or having the insurance you do have cancelled; or all of these for example. Serious enough potential consequences to hire an attorney? I would say so!
