Re: driving while on suspended liscence
It really depends upon why your license is suspended. Although all driving on suspended license matters are class A misdemeanors, some are taken more seriously than others. The possible penalty includes up to a year in jail and a fine of up to 2,500.00. Some types are result in further suspensions, some do not. I suggest you visit our website at http://shestokas.com/Suspended_License.html That will give you more detail on Illinois law regarding suspended licenses. Because you can possibly go to jail for this charge, you should have an attorney go to court with you.
