Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Expired plates or not?
I registered my vehicle online a few days ago and I am waiting for the Secretary of State to send new plate stickers, but today I received two tickets within one hour for having expired plates. I feel the tickets are unjust and want to know if I should fight them (and how) or if I'm in the wrong?

Re: Expired plates or not?
Go to court with proof that the car is properly registered and it should be dismissed.
