Failure to pay
Ok i got two no insurance tickets a couple of years ago, i set a payment plan, i had no money, so i never paid them, i owe around 1,200 dollars.They sent me a letter saying i need to pay them 250 dollars or they will file a warrant, well i dont have 250 so i will end up getting a warrant, i can pay the whole fine off around income tax time..What do u think will happen to me, are they going to make me sit in jail until it is paid off??? Please help me, i am having a panic attak

The court will not wait 6-8 months. But the question is a little vague. Are you referring to a civil judgment or a traffic court?
