Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Hello,
My name is Nikhil. I bought a car on June 28th 2023, while I was driving back home from Rochelle Illinois to Dubuque I had been pullover by police because I didn’t had a license plate.
He gave me a court date since I didn’t had a insurance with me. I was not aware of the insurance since I am bought the car first time in USA, and even car seller didn’t told me about it.
Would you please help me with it.
Should I plea guilty or go for trial
Thank you,
Nikhil Bankar

You do not want to plead guilty! You will need to get license plates and insurance. Then, I could negotiate a plea bargain which would avoid you taking any conviction. You would have to pay me up front and pay fines and court costs to the court, but you will save a lot more money than you spend. Call me at 314-727-2822 for a free telephone consultation.
