Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Hi,
I'm a Florida resident, visiting Lombard, Illinois, got a speeding ticket, I was driving 61 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.
Ticket says, "No court appearance required", just pay $120 (online, via check) but I don't want "points" on my driving record.
What is the procedure to file 'court supervision'? I'll be flying back to Florida next week Saturday and I want to resolve this matter, at least if I can get a good attorney, who represent me in the court.
I want to know a good, reputable and less expensive attorney's information (contact numebr etc.)
Also, I want to know an estimate amount, how much I've to pay for attorney on top of $120 for the ticket.
Thank you and regards,
Ahmed
