At first, I was told by the other parties insurance company that nothing could be done to recover my losses. A month ago they called to say, we offer you your medical expense and $150.00. Last week I was called and told $500.00 would be all I would receive take it or leave it. I was very confused and hurt by the agent's treatment. I need to recover medical expense, car rental different, deductible, pain and suffering, puntitive damage for inconvience and time away from my job.
