Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I had my IL. drivers revoked and after the revocation had expired I got a new licence in the state where i reside at the present time, CA.. I returened to IL. for a visit and was givin a driving on revoked licence ticket. My CA. driving report shows no holds for any of the states. Can they convict me on driving on a revoked licence if im not a resident of that state and the revocation period had expired?
