Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Illegal transportation
On new years weekend I was arrested for having an open beer container in my vehicle after giving drunk friends a ride home from the bar. I was not drinking that night. On a breath test I blew a 0. I need a legal document asking for dismissal of this charge. Can I be led in the right direction on what needs to be filed. Is there a form, template, document I can use? Thank you kindly.
