Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I am in Illinois and I received a ticket after a minor accident for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and the officer didn't have me sign the citation and neither of the boxes that state whether to appear or not to appear are marked, what do I do and could it be invalid because of this?
